WHY I RUN...
October 31, 2010, Jason Dorn and I completed the Marine Corps Marathon for Push America. We competed in an effort to prove the abilities of all people and that an individual with a disability has the same opportunities as anyone else. I know I speak for both of us when I say we were truly humbled by the overwhelming amount of support and the dedication to our mission.
So when asked why we run...we run for all the people who believe in true human ability.
Well, Jason and I are teaming up again! In 2012 for the 3rd year in a row, we hope bring awareness to the abilities of people with disabilities. All donations not only help Push America serve the disability community, but are proof that you are committed to letting your voice be heard. Thank you so much for your support! My legs may be providing transportation, but Jason is the heart and soul of our team. Jason has changed my life and continues to prove how cool this thing called life really is.

Push America
Push America is a nonprofit headquartered in Charlotte, NC dedicated to raising funds and awareness for people with disabilities. Through a number of programs, Push America provides grants to organizations across the country serving the disability community. Through endurance events, cross-country cycling and construction, the organization is committed to changing the way society views people with disabilities.
Push America Challenge
Push America provides the opportunity for individuals to raise valuable funds through endurance events. Each year, 100 athletes gather in Washington, D.C. to run the Marine Corps Marathon.
